Challenge: Company X values the mental health of its employees. An anonymous survey was conducted by the company Human Resources Department revealed that many employees within the company did not feel the company was doing enough to support mental health issues.
Solution: I was tasked with designing and developing this video, which is one in a series of videos designed to focus on mental health issues in the workplace. Thie purpose of this video is to educate employees on what mental burnout is and give strategies to avoid it.

Business Purpose: Green Shine is a company which is attempting to improve its remote onboarding process. In an effort to help employees feel more at ease with the process, Green Shine has completely restructured the onboarding process for remote employees. This video introduces new remote employees to an overview of the onboarding process.
