Challenge:  Effective interviewing and hiring strategies are at the foundation of every company and organization.  Company X was experiencing a reduction of quality and quantity of new hires due to inadequate interview practices.

The Solution:  The creation of the Effective Interview Strategies course.  This is designed to review best interview practices, and then apply these principles through the use of scenario based challenges.

Challenge:  We live in a world of constant change.  Companies must learn to adapt and change in response to fluctuating consumer needs and a volatile economy. After conducting a recent internal evaluation, this client found that more than half of leaders indicated they were hesitant to embrace organizational changes and most were uncertain of the organizational methods of managing change.

The Solution:  This training will educate company leaders to manage and respond to change, as well as outline the steps of the adopted change model which will be utilized moving forward to implement company wide changes.

Challenge:  The client is a company comprised of job recruiters and hiring managers working with a cliental of job seekers.  The company found that with the increased practice of virtual interviewing mistakes were being made by candidates which was hurting their job opportunities.

The Solution: The purpose of this training is to decrease the amount of clientele interview failures by training job candidates on the best ways to prepare and conduct virtual interviews.  This learning experience was designed to be interactive and use scenario based application, with realistic feedback.
