ABOUT

I have always been someone who loves a challenge. Whether it is ascending to new heights (literally climbing a mountain) or elevating in my career skillset, I am someone who lives for the thrill of the climb. Hard work and dedication, always lead to the top.  

 

Gaps exist in many forms in our world.  As I stood on this cliff, the gap to reach the other side was daunting. I would attempt to look over the ledge and gasp in fear. Gaps in the workplace- whether in knowledge or performance can leave us feeling the same way.  

 

From my years as an educator, I am well experienced in determining learning gaps. As gaps are identified, and goals are created, learning solutions are planned and executed. It has always been my passion to create learner-centered, engaging, and interactive experiences.

Now, I am a dedicated and detailed Instructional Designer.  As I design and develop learning solutions, I carefully choose tools, modalities, and continue to keep the learner experience and outcomes in the forefront.
